A Quick Note: Many of you have been reading these stories for a while. Thank you for that. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been evolving the format to include more frameworks, lessons, and field-tested takeaways. My aim is to make this a newsletter that earns its spot in your inbox every time. I’d love your thoughts on what’s been most valuable so far. Just hit reply to this email, your note comes to me directly.

Hi everyone

I’ll keep this one simple.

It’s the end of Thanksgiving week. I’ve had family in town, late nights, early mornings, and a house that felt more like a mini-warehouse than anything else. And I didn’t carve out time to write something deep or polished for today.

Instead of forcing a topic, I just want to say this:

Some weeks are about output.
Some weeks are about being human.
This one was the second kind.

If you’re in Peak, or managing through it, or just trying to hold the system together while the world moves faster than your calendar, give yourself the same grace.

Your warehouse will teach you what matters.
Your team will show you where the real tensions are.
And you don’t need a new framework every week to see that.

Thanks for being here.
More clarity, more depth, more operator-first thinking next week, once my dishwasher stops running for the seventh time in two days.
